I am a certified nutrition coach with a degree in the Science of Sports Strength and Conditioning.
I play hockey and I work out to skate faster, move better, and be an overall happier human being! In my many years working as a personal trainer I have had the opportunity to help so many amazing people of many ages and abilities.
Who do I really want to work with? BUSY PEOPLE WITH BUSY LIVES who think that going all in, all at once is the only way to reach their goals.
