what If I go on holiday OR GET INJURED?
Taylor Pilkington Fitness will happily pause your account/program with proof of holiday or injury. Pause will start 24hours from the time TPF receives notification to cancel, and pauses cannot be back-dated without extreme reason for exception.
What does TPF specialize in? I am an athlete / mom / first timer to working out… will tpf work for me?
No matter what your skill set is, Taylor Pilkington Fitness will be able to create a program with your needs put first. Together we can create a program to accommodate all fitness levels. If for whatever reason something comes up that calls for specialization TPF is always happy to refer out. Honesty and open communication will come first in your coach, client relationship.
what if change my goals?
TPF offers multiple package options so that you have the ability to choose your workout frequency. Together we sit down and discuss what your expectations / goals are before, during and before program renewal date. Weekly check ins allow for Taylor to make regular changes to your program as needed. It is important here however that you are clear and communicate your goals to her.
Can i get nutrition advice?
Taylor is a certified Level 1 Nutrition Coach, with Precision Nutrition. This means that TPF can provide you with nutrition guidance along with your programming. If you are only looking for nutrition advice than click that free consultation button and let’s make it happen.
how can i prepare for the consultation?
Show up for your consultation with your goals in mind! As well as an idea of what kind of exercises you want to do or have the equipment to be able to do! If you aren’t sure where to start than that is okay and we something we can figure out together in our first free session!
When can i expect to see results?
Depending on what your goals are, you can expect to see physical results within 6 to 10 weeks after starting your program, however if your sleep and nutrition are not being taken seriously than this process may take longer. Mental health results, like more energy and better sleep are also a great early side affect to starting your workout program!
TPF cannot guarantee results that are the circumstance of your efforts.
does tpf offer refunds?
Taylor Pilkington Fitness will happily pause your account/program to reassess goals and discuss any setbacks / reasons for requesting refund. TPF will not however provide reimbursements for programs already paid for. Programming takes time to create and get right for each individual client, so if the program has been paid for than it has likely already been created and therefore time has been put into it that TPF will also not get back.
